The image of Wheels – the largest fleet leasing company in the US – was suffering from the chronic disease of its market. Sameness. With all the major competitors offering basically the same services for around the same price, Origin found a way to break Wheels out of the pack. The solution was... attitude. The ad campaign ran in trade media and has been overwhelmingly applauded for its empathetic recognition of the common heroism of the embattled Fleet Manager, Wheels’ key customer.

The web site has to match the ad campaign which has to match the direct mail campaign which has to match the e-mail campaign which has to match the packaging, and on and on. Integrated marketing; one message delivered to all points of contact with customers, potential customers, and employees. Our design for extending the ad campaign is still waiting to launch, but when it does it will reinforce a strong – and proven – marketing position.
